This plan is suitable for women who are just beginning a new fitness regime or have not done any exercise in over 12 months. This is a body weight circuit that can be done from home with no equipment necessary in less then 30 min, You will receive the following in your plan.

Intermediate

This plan is suitable for women who have taken part in some sort of exercise more then once a week over the last 6 months but feels they need a more structured plan. This is a weight based circuit with only one set of weights needed and can also be done from home. This plan is a mixture of upper/lower body circuits and takes only 30 min to complete.

Advanced

This plan is suitable for women who have at least 6 months experience with lifting weights. This plan is broken down into three parts Upper body/Lower body/cardio & core. It requires 5 days of training using a mixture of different weights. This can be done from home if you have a selection of weights available e.g 3kg up to 8/10kg. If not this is also perfect for the gym. Workouts take roughly 40 min to complete.
