If I had a euro for everytime I was told "but I eat clean" when someone says they still aren't losing weight I would be a rich woman 😁 it's a common problem so here are my top 3 reasons why 👊
1. Your portions are too big , at the end of the day weightloss & fatloss requires you to be in a calorie deficit , so even though your eating healthy you can still be going over your daily calorie expenditure for your body . Solution - reduce portions .
2. You drink every weekend, if you are consuming even one bottle of wine every weekend with your meals , you are roughly taking in the equivalent of 3 mars bars 🙊 people forget that alcohol still contains calories and can easily set you back if your consuming it regularly. Solution - limit drinking to once a month instead of weekly.
3. You don't move your body , for example if you work in a job at a desk all day , then come home and sit on the couch for the evening with no other exercise or activities the amount of calories your body burns will be alot less then that of someone that exercises daily, maybe walks to work , or takes the stairs instead of the lift. Solution - try get out for walk on lunch break or after work , add in some weight training/class few days per week ❤
